We build the leadership capacity of teachers, administrators, students and the whole school community to minimise the solid waste sent to landfill and litter in and around the school.

We provide simple tools and resources to help schools develop and carry out plans that will drastically cut their waste sent to landfill and litter in the grounds, integrate the practices of ‘reduce, reuse, recycle and compost’ into the school curriculum and to engage the whole school community.

Building waste reduction into every aspect of school life not only benefits the environment, but it also helps schools reduce their waste disposal costs, improve the appearance of the school grounds and foster school pride.
