OUR TEAM
Tomorrow’s Leaders for Sustainability Inc. – now known as Leaders for Sustainability (to highlight the urgency in our mission), is an incorporated community organisation with a big vision.
The principal staff of Leaders for Sustainability are Dr Patricia Armstrong and Jane Stewart — sustainability educators with extensive national and international experience in sustainability education, leadership development, community engagement, and organisational change.
When needed we engage specialist contractors, as required, to provide additional technical services of a comprehensive and professional team.
Pat and Jane work closely together to deliver programs, resources, and initiatives across a range of expertise areas, including:
- Sustainability and leadership education – developing resources, training programs, professional learning, and leadership development initiatives that build knowledge, capability, and confidence
- Facilitation and capacity building – designing and delivering workshops, strategic planning sessions, sustainability and leadership events, and learning experiences for diverse audiences
- Partnerships and networks – building collaborative relationships, community partnerships, and learning networks that support shared learning and collective action
- Evaluation and consultancy – providing evaluation, advice, and consultancy services to support the development and implementation of wide ranging sustainability and leadership initiatives
The team is supported by an experienced Committee of Management (CoM) that provides strategic guidance, governance, and expertise across key areas. Together, the CoM and staff ensure that Leaders for Sustainability continues to respond to one of the planet’s most significant challenges with a thoughtful, ambitious, and strategic approach — empowering and building the capacity of people and organisations to lead positive change.
