We assist educators to become effective leaders in their schools and school networks.
We provide a framework that identifies five levels in teacher leadership for sustainability and a matrix that shows the progression in leadership across a number of key categories. You can use this practical framework to track your growth as a leader for sustainability in your school and community.
This framework forms the basis for a teacher leadership for sustainability training program and complements the Resource Smart AuSSI Vic program. It also assists teachers to develop the leadership potential of their students in the area of sustainability.
